My name is Harlan Batchelor. I'm a young Web developer/designer who is passionate about what I do. I specialize in Server-side technologies such as PHP & MySQL and building dynamic websites with them.

Are you a designer? I also do PSD to HTML/CSS/etc. so I can help turn your website design into a reality.

Why choose me? Well, for one, you would be getting a different type of perspective and opinion, me being younger than the average freelancer, As well as being cheaper because I'm relativly new to web development.

What can I help you with? Well, I know how to use PHP to create "Living" websites (I own DSiHub.com, a mobile social community). I also know how to use PHP with MySQL databases (Using SQL Queries). I'm also a designer, whether that means creating graphics in Photoshop, or taking a design from PSD to HTML with CSS.
